We hope to have an online meeting option for the Saturday Carrboro folks in time for the 3/21 meeting. Stay tuned to this website for updates as they are available.
This meeting is normally held Saturday, 10:00-11:30 AM in the Caramore Community Building at 550 Smith Level Road. Follow US 15-501 south past University Mall several miles until it joins NC 54. Stay on NC 54 as it goes south of Chapel Hill toward Carrboro. Take the exit for S. Greensboro St. At the bottom of the ramp, turn left (south) onto Smith Level Road. Follow this road 0.7 mile to the Caramore Community Center on the right at 550 Smith Level Road. Park and enter the side entrance.
This meeting is open to:
- anyone in recovery from any type of addictive behavior
- anyone who thinks they might need help with an addictive behavior
- anyone who is court-mandated to attend meetings
- a relative or close friend of someone with an addictive behavior for their first meeting only
To preserve the confidentiality of attendees, this meeting is closed to anyone else. Students and others interested in learning about SMART Recovery and self-help programs please visit smartrecovery.org to access numerous resources and further information.
There is no need to call or email ahead. Just come! As long as you are in one of the categories above you are welcome to attend.
